Project Scoping & Quote

Scope the project!
We begin by reviewing your product catalog and use case in more detail - where and how the tool will be used, workflows, and potential integrations. Next, we analyze your product catalog, including variants, building logic, modules, and other elements.

Do you have 3D models?
To set up the configurator we need 3D models of your products. If you don't have them, no problem! We can create them for you or you can use a 3d party. We check their quality and optimize if needed. Read more in our 3D Modelling Guide

Time for a quote!
Once finalizing the project, we provide a detailed quote. This includes a one-time implementation fee based on your product complexity and use case, and a monthly subscription fee based on your chosen pricing plan. Costs Breakdown Guide
Contract, Implementation & Delivery

Happy with the quote?
Once you're happy with the quote, we finalize the purchase order, outline project deliverables and timelines as well as introduce the team members who will be working with you.

Implementation & Testing
We start the project with a kickoff meeting with the team. Our process is iterative - we keep you updated via Slack, calls, and/or emails. You’ll get a test configurator early to track progress and share feedback.

Time to go live!
Once you’ve approved everything, your tool is ready to go live! But our work doesn’t stop there. You will enter the support phase, with our team available to help with updates and ensure everything runs smoothly!
